My husband and I took a trip to the Baltic this summer. We were in St. Petersburg for three days. What impressed me the most, (besides the Hermitage) was the people. NO ONE looks happy, in fact they seem at best -morose. I've just started sorting out my photos from the trip, and thought that when I started sifting through them, someone would appear happy, and change my mind about this country. I could find only one. I have been included in a book on paper art. "Papercraft: Design and Art With Paper" from Gestalten.
You can check it out on their website, and see sample pages. They have a wide range of styles, and also video that is really interesting. It will be available in the US in October 09.
